Sake High! is brewed using gluten free rice, Kyoto spring water, yeast, and koji (rice mold).
Is Sake High! gluten free?
Yes! Our sake is gluten free and brewed from gluten free rice. There is no introduction of gluten in the brewing process.

Yes! Sake High! is sulfite free, unlike most U.S. wines.
Is Sake High! vegetarian and vegan?
Yes to both! Sake High! is vegetarian and vegan.
Does Sake High! contain caffeine, cannabis, or hops?
No, Sake High! doesn’t contain any caffeine, cannabis, or hops.
Does Sake High! contain allergens?
Sake High! does not contain any FDA recognized major food allergens; however, it is packaged in facilities that may use allergens in other products. These allergens include milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans.
